Return Policy for Nautilus Ship’s Store

We have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

We will refund purchase price once item is received at the store and added back into inventory.

We will gladly do exchanges on items purchased.

Clothing can be exchanged or returned as long as the tags are still on the item and the item is clean of make-up and or deodorant.

NOTE: We do not refund shipping cost
